A leafy estate nestled between the Caribbean Sea and a Mayan lagoon where you can dream and play to your hear's content. With the warm wind in your hair and a cool drink in your hand, you will revel in the exclusive haven we've named Na'iik, the Mayan word for 'House of Air.' Plenty of spaces designed for you to play and dream. Seafront, you can relax and tan on the beach beds with a pina colada from our estate-grown coconuts, snorkel around the reef or paddle out on the kayak. Or, step a few feet from the water and you are in the dappled shade of the coco palm lounge, fitted with stylish loungers and handmade hammocks from nearby Merida. Your lunch can be served under the coco palms while you sit back and watch the osprey dive for their prey. Another day, you may choose to have your lunch on the rooftop, take in the 360-degree view, do some laps in the chlorine-free pool, hang out on the sunbeds and take a siesta. The rooftop is an idyllic spot for happy hour as you watch the sunset on the lagoon and the light bugs dance in the treetops. Inside, you can sit back and enjoy the home theatre, turn up the volume and boogie down on the coffee table or look up through the ceiling to see what's going on in the glass-bottomed pool. When it comes time to chill in one of the four master suites, you may want to lounge in the handmade stone tub while you sip champagne or refresh yourself in your leafy shower. From your king bed, you can watch HDTV, adjust your air conditioning and overhead fan or raise the blackout blinds. Each suite has its own extensive deck space with sea view where you can kick back in private. Lovers of ultimate privacy and pampering, contemporary design, slick architecture and gourmet food will find it all in the high standards at Na’iik. Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed.

• Pets not permitted. • For extra guests above double occupancy (8 guests) an additional $100 USD + taxes per person per night is applicable. • There is an entrance fee to the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Kaan that is not included in the rate. This fee is $12 USD per person per day and it’s paid at the entrance arch by cash. • Rates are based on double occupancy (8 guests). • Maximum 12 guests (additional charges for extra guests). • Alcohol and beverages at market price +20% mark-up. • Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed). • Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment.
