Tastefully decorated in a refined style with neutral colours, the living room is composed of a sitting area with comfortable sofas in a very private atmosphere. Opening onto the front and back through large alcoves, this large living space lets the light and the natural breezes come into the house in a most relaxing atmosphere. The modern kitchen with breakfast bar is well-equipped to prepare your meals and drinks. A raw-wooden dining room is located on the tiled back terrace under a pergola which filters the rays of the Saint Barths sun. Tropical plants bring an exotic touch to this very private space connected to the pool deck located on the side of the house. Another dining table is located under the covered terrace and faces an outstanding panoramic view. The terrace is all around the house on three sides, with an area dedicated to the nice swimming pool and the lovely layout for pleasant sunbathing sessions: deckchairs, daybeds and cushions are on this sunny part, for pleasant moments of relaxing, reading and watching the beauty of the crystal-clear blue lagoon. There are trees, including a magnificent Quenettier, and lush plants with chiselled foliage, creating a fresh and exotic ambiance in this idyllic setting. The vacation villa Nolen has four beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, all decorated in a clean style. The master bedroom is located next to the living room and has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the property and are furnished with king or twin beds decorated with romantic-style fabrics. They open onto the front part of the terrace with nice ocean views. Two of them share the same bathroom, making it an ideal setup for a family with children.
