Located mid-island, our guests are only 20-25 minutes away from the airport and Seven Mile Beach, the same distance to Rum Point, and 20 minutes to the best kite-boarding, wind-surfing, and scuba diving in East End. Evolution was specifically designed to offer seven large bedroom suites and a massive vaulted great room, all on one floor and each with direct oceanfront views with walk-out access to the oceanfront pool and spa. This is a great entertaining villa for hosting a large group of adults. There is only one way to design such a villa... so Evolution is quite wide at 165+ feet. Evolution is situated on over 250′ of sandy beach, adjacent to Bodden Town's cemetery beach. Choose from two king-bed primary suites, four queen-bed suites, and a slumber party haven that can sleep 8 with two sets of full-over-full bunks and an X-Box One gaming console. Beach Notes Centrally located, the villas in Bodden Town offer shore diving and snorkeling as well as reef-protected beaches for kayaking. The beaches here offer great seashell collecting and turtle sightings in summer! The beaches are mostly sand, but can also have some natural rock formations too. Either way, with the varied marine life we have in the water, you will need to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection. Evolution was built on an elevated sandy ridge on Bodden Town's cemetery reef, which has excellent snorkeling in only 4-8 feet of water. At 25 feet off the beach, the bottom is quite sandy. General Grand Cayman Beach Notes All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. Ocean Debris and Sargassum Seaweed Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that peaks over the summer months. The owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival. We try our best to work around mother nature.

Tucked on the south side of the island in Bodden Town, our home puts memory-making destinations at your fingertips. For local culture, take your pick between Rum Point, Cayman Kai or the East End (15 to 25 minutes away). All three offer postcard Caribbean beauty, charming beach bars and, of course, fresh seafood. Bring your towel to the coral sands at Seven Mile Beach – just a half hour away. Or catch sight of vibrant blooms and native wildlife at the nearby Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Park. Charming local art studios and gift shops dot the main road along with local vendors selling fresh fruit, jerk chicken and the day's fresh catch.
