Hilton Head is a small island, popular with golfers, 95 miles from Charleston and 40 miles from Savannah, Georgia. Apart from almost 30 golf courses, it also offers 12 miles of stunning sugar white beaches, marinas and subtropical forests. Here you can hire a bike, beach comb, jog, swim or bird watch in the delightful surroundings of this beautiful tropical island. Accommodation is located on the Palmetto Dunes Plantation. As you step inside the home, the main living area offers a large open space with wall-mounted flatscreen TV, sleeper sofa, loveseat and armchairs, and an open floorplan great for bringing together the entire group. Just off the living room and kitchen is a formal dining room with large table that seats six. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, large island for cooking, and eat-in area with table for six overlooking the front of the home and pool area. Ping-Pong table in garage available!! Just off the back of the kitchen, up several stairs, is an oversized private bedroom suite with king bed, small sitting area with a flatscreen TV and large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool. This bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower. Also on the first floor to the left of the living room is a half bath and large master suite with king bed, flatscreen TV, glass sliding doors to the covered patio, and private bathroom with double vanity and oversized walk-in shower. On the second floor you will find three additional bedrooms. The first, just left at the top of the stairs, has a king bed, large flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second has two sets of bunk beds, flatscreen TV and private bathroom with shower (tub not operational). The third upstairs bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and private bathroom with walk-in shower.
