Swimming is only permitted in the pool and Jacuzzi. • All exterior water features, pool and landscaping lights must be turned off no later than 11 PM. • The indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit and Tiki torches are for decoration only. • No smoking. • Pets must be approved by the homeowner in writing. • Parties and events must be approved by the homeowner in writing. Additional fees and deposits may be required. • Windows and doors need to remain closed when the air conditioner and fans are running. Guests may be charged for excessive utility usage.
