On this level, there is also a fitness room with fitness equipment and a billiard table, as well as one of the bathrooms. On the upper floor of this fully air-conditioned luxury villa, 4 bedrooms are located. Each bedroom has a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a mooring for smaller boats and 4 private parking spaces.
