Villa Las Puertas is an elegantly designed seven bedroom Mexican estate with room for fourteen. This 10,750+ square foot villa has plenty of space for your group and overlooks the Bay of Banderas while having direct beach access just 150 steps away down a private staircase. Las Puertas' entrance features a set of astounding Moroccan carved wood doors that open up to a lush courtyard with a private heated swimming pool. There is also a lovely terrace that has a wet bar, multiple living and dining room areas, as well as a large Jacuzzi splash pool. The villa has three levels with the top floor having four bedrooms with access to an outdoor balcony space either private or shared. The main level has two bedrooms, and the lower level has the final secluded bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms have a king-size bed except the 7th bedroom, which is accessed through another room with two twin-size beds, perfect for kids. All but one-bedroom suite have ensuite bathrooms. This property has all the modern amenities you would expect in an amazing getaway including cable TV, a sound system, and Wi-Fi access. Walking along the beach, this villa is just a ten to fifteen-minute walk into the Old Town Romantic Zone, or if you prefer to take a taxi or Uber. This property is located next door to Villa Estrella Mar and can be rented in addition should you have a large group that you want to have nearby. Enjoy chef services which will prepare two meals a day for your group, as well as daily housekeeping service and a waiter who will make drinks and serve meals. Small events with up to 30 total guests are allowed, please inquire for details. No bachelor parties or student groups are allowed.

Amazing Villa With Spectacular Views

We were greeted at the awesome villa with a house staff who happily prepared us 2 meals a day. They were always tidying up the place and were super helpful. Definitely would recommend this home and staff.
