Telluride's Peak is near all that busy Telluride has to offer, and the residence is beautifully furnished and decorated throughout all three levels and boasts four bedrooms and four baths across a full 2,036 square feet of modern living space. Exceptional views, staff availability, and convenient access to skiing, hiking and biking trails round out an incredible Telluride stay. Enter through the front door from the nice front porch with seating, and you'll immediately find a place to store your skis, a large coat closet, and a cushioned bench where you can sit and remove your boots or put them on before a fun day outdoors. The laundry room is on the ground level as well. On level two of the residence is the main living area where the entire group may come together for relaxation, visiting, and dining. The living room offers comfy seating on a sofa and chairs that surround a gas fireplace and a large flat-screen television. From there, you may open the double doors that lead out onto the private deck with views of Ajax Peak and Ballard Mountain. Back inside, you'll discover the fully equipped kitchen with its abundance of black quartz countertops and high-end appliances that include a six-burner stove top with oven by Fisher & Paykel and a double-door refrigerator with a freezer beneath. There's a large kitchen island with a wet bar and a wine fridge nearby, and the dining nook features a round table with cushioned bench and chair seating. A chef is available by request if you'd prefer not to prepare your meals. This level also offers a full bath with a tub and access to another deck with a private hot tub, a barbecue grill, and views of the ski area and the gondola. On the ground level, there are two guest suites to choose from. One is a queen suite with excellent views of Ajax Peak, a big closet, and a private bath with a glass shower. The other may be used as a secondary suite with a king-size bed with bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides, two closets, and a private bath with a double trough sink and a glass shower big enough for two with dual shower heads and bench seating. The other two guest rooms are found on the top level of the home, and one comes with two single beds that may be used as a split-king option. There's also a primary bedroom that offers a king-size bed, a cushioned seating area, a view of Ajax Peak, and a closet. These two bedrooms share a bath that comes with a glass shower with double shower heads, a dual vanity, and a nice view of Bear Creek.
