There's even a garage game room with a shuffleboard, a poker table, and ping pong. You'll also find a pool table and arcade game in the den. Outside, Lazy Bear Lodge boasts new landscaping throughout the front and back yards. There's a luxurious hot tub outside, along with horseshoes, cornhole, a firepit, and comfortable outdoor seating. Located in the heart of Big Bear, all attractions, restaurants, stores, and nightlife are easy to access. You'll be just a two-minute walk from the ski resort shuttle, a mile or two to the marinas and hiking trails, and in the heart of a walkable, tree-lined neighborhood. Brand new and pristine, all beds, decor, and furniture are new and updated! Only about 100 miles northeast of Los Angeles, Big Bear Lake is a beautiful and convenient break from the hustle and bustle of the city. This nature lover’s paradise provides endless year-round activities. In the winter, Big Bear Lake offers skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and tubing. In the summer, visitors love to play water sports, horseback rides, golf, hike, and mountain bike. Head to Big Bear when you need a healthy dose of fresh air, exercise, and rejuvenation. Indoor sound cannot be loud enough to be audible at the property line. • Winter weather warning- From November through March, all vehicles are required to carry chains in their vehicle. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. • Guests are responsible for disposing of trash at the local dumpsite in accordance with the City of Big Bear policy. Charges may apply if left on the property. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
