If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations. • This home has a max overnight occupancy of 10 guests and a max daytime occupancy of 15 guests. • Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request. • No more than 5 cars are permitted per reservation. • The garage has 2 parking spots and 3 spots outside in the driveway. No street parking allowed. • Violations result in fines of $1,000 and up, and revocation of the permit after three or more violations. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
