Kotch’s three levels and five bedrooms are perfect for a family & friend get-away with lots of social spaces to gather or private nooks for retreat. Kotch can be lived in as an entire house or by suite. We say “lived in” because that’s just what it is – a place to live in – even if just for a little while. Each floor has its own kitchen, bedroom space and outdoor terrace. It’s easy to feel free and at ease when you have super comfy and convenient amenities at your fingertips, not to mention attentive staff there to show you the ropes and introduce you to the community. There are lots of cozy corners and sweet spots to chill – under a Neem tree, next to a Dessert Rose blossom, on the beach or beside the pool. Depending on the time of day, you’ll decide which one suits the moment. Discover our great little hangouts and social spaces to have a chat or good meal, play a game, read a book or take a nap. Kotch’s modern-tropical design creates the ideal conditions for the area’s climate and temperatures to work for you, not against you. Rippled wooden-beam pergolas and plush trees create shade over the patio areas and keep the sun at bay, while large wood-louvered swing doors open up living and bedroom walls inviting in a cross breeze that courses through the house. Our rooms’ clean neutral interiors make the outside landscape the focal point, like a painting on a canvas. We have our own wood and welding shop where we make handmade furniture and home fixtures. Working with local carpenters and welders, we design and then re-design each piece until it is the perfect size, shape, texture and colour. Our wood is sustainably sourced from our own private lands and the dolomite in our flooring comes straight from our own quarry. From floor to ceiling, we’ve thought through every detail and creative touch, including conveniently-placed electrical sockets, cozy oversized armchairs, ample closet space, and lush beds that always face the sea. Each room is a lovingly-crafted combination of ultra-modern minimalism with antique touches and the occasional quirky painting.
