In the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with en-suit shower, one double/twin bedroom with en-suit bathroom, two double / twin bedrooms with a large shared bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower (these two rooms can be connected, and one of the two is equipped with a TV). 20m from the main building is an independent small stone trullo / pajara consisting of one double/twin bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with shower. This room is more suitable for children, a nanny, or possibly passing guests. Crossing the entrance gate, you immediately immerse yourself in more than two hectares of ancient olive grove; near the house, there are several spaces to relax and eat al fresco thanks to two shaded areas equipped with tables, chairs, sofas and armchairs. In the internal courtyard, there is a heatable 10x5m infinity pool (pool heating is on request at an extra cost). Private tennis court, regular measures.
