Additional Rate information:
• Rates are based on 12 guests (14 guests with small children), each additional guest will be charged $450 per night. • Security deposit is equivalent to 1 nightly rate. • All prices are subject to change without notice. • Gratuity is not included. Gratuity is at the Guest discretion and always greatly appreciated bythe Villa Staff • Upon request and with advance notice, additional service hours may be added past 11:00pm at an additional cost. The General Manager will determine the number of additional Staff required based on service requested. The Minimum Staff are 2 Butlers and 1 Cook. Maximum service hours is no later than 2:00am • In addition to the nightly rates, Guest is responsible for all food and beverage costs during their stay plus a food and beverage fee.

Service Unparalled
Rental Escapes made the planning of our trip seamless. I work and I have a 3 year old so I do t have a lot of time to plan a vacation.
