Just steps away is the new Guest House with an additional three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living-dining area and kitchenette, covered patios overlooking the ocean and a separate laundry room. As an added benefit one of the bedrooms in the main house offers an attached sitting room with a pullout sofa bed and television. The newly completed tennis pavilion features a fenced all-weather court and lighting to enjoy night-time playing, a large and well-equipped tiki bar with bar fridge, sink, and outdoor furnishings, and a fitness room which also has a pullout sofa bed and full bathroom. Casa V is a dream Caribbean vacation home where you are guaranteed a friendly welcome and personal service through our Villa Manager and resident caretaker while here. Butler, Maid, Nanny, Chef Service, Spa Therapist and more can be arranged before arrival. The property has a pool keeper and gardeners who come once a week, a housekeeper will do a mid-week cleaning or daily housekeeping can be arranged. You are also conveniently located just 20 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes from resorts, restaurants, and shopping and 15 minutes from the golf course.
