Awesomely Attentive!

R.E. people were awesome all the way through! Concierge was extremely quick to even book us buses for 14 people within an hour in Mexico for us. Great to work with and very responsive.

Second Review!!!!

As I stated in my first review, this property is beautiful. The staff of the house is top notch and some of the nicest people I have ever met. My only concern was the lack of communication from house manager and concierge after we arrived. Also an unprofessional and dis-heartening response from house manager to my complaint on my anniversary night, when an important item for my wife was left off menu, due to miscommunication between parties involved. Other than that we had a blast.

A Real Gem!

Tesoro del Mar is the perfect property for large groups. Tucked away in a quiet gated community surrounded by lush forest, privacy abounds. The house staff was attentive to every need of our group, meals were delicious, and the fridge was kept stocked with all that we requested. The pools were heated and sparkling clean and the patio spaces offers shade, sun, covered areas, celling fans, and lights which make it a great place to relax both day and night no matter the weather. Inside the villa, the furniture is modern, there is an AC unit in the main living space, the beds are comfy, and the floor to ceiling window walls all open making the house open to the outside. The eight bedrooms all have AC units and en suite bathrooms (though only three of them have hot water in the showers). The Rental Escapes staff made booking our accommodations and services a breeze and were delightful to work with.

The Most Amazing Vacation

I spent my 60th birthday at Tesoro Del Mar and the experience exceeded my expectations. There were 13 of us and we had the most amazing time. The villa is gorgeous and Monica and her staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fabulous. The staff was so gracious and accommodating we loved it. I will definitely be using Rental Escapes for all my travel needs. Amanda and Noémie took very good care of me. Noémie helped me plan, excursion and a fabulous birthday party by putting me in contact with a wonderful event planner. Kelley of Younique Weddings was so awesome I. helping me plan everything. This trip was one of a kind.

Breath Taking!!!

I am in love with the Villa and the Staff, Monica was wonderful we begged her to come with us! Life was not the same once we got home we were Vacation depressed , life was meaningless without all the love and pampering we received, I will be back with my Mother and Siblings, coming here will be a new tradition for my Family and Friends.

Delight

The house is stunning, as is the location. The concierge, Maria, is six-stars. The house staff were wonderful. Lifetime memory for my family.
