You'll enter an open and spacious area combining the living room, dining area, breakfast nook, and kitchen. The living area is furnished with a large sectional couch dedicated to providing comfort, creating an intimate feeling compounded by the indoor fireplace. The vaulted ceiling provides a subtle touch of luxury to the home. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and a large island, providing plenty of space for the whole family to gather. With large windows that invite in the breathtaking views of Lake Norman, the room is full of natural light, which promises an open and airy atmosphere. What a great place to spend the day! Next to the kitchen is an adorable breakfast nook where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee while observing the sunrise. Also, on the main level, you'll find the classy dining room elegantly decorated and perfect for sit-down meals, special occasions, or simply looking your best and enjoying each other's company. As you settle into one of the six bedrooms, you will find yourself right at home. Dedication of time and attention promises comfort and satisfaction in each room decorated with beautiful furnishings, plush comforters, and pillows on each bed. If you are fortunate enough to snag yourself a spot in the primary bedroom, you will be spoiled with a full-sized bathroom and access to the wraparound patio. Get up in the morning and step outside to feel the cool morning breeze. What a way to wake up to the world! There is a junior primary bedroom on the main level as well, with a queen bed. Along the main level is a full-sized deck equipped with multiple sitting areas. This is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and have a cocktail or three. The upper level has two en suite bathrooms- one king and one queen. Plenty of space to get away and an office nook overlooking the upper-level deck. Heading back downstairs, you'll find the game room, not just for kids anymore! A vacation home would not be complete without a full-sized pool table and an old-school arcade game. This room is perfect for children and adults, including an extra refrigerator for stocking snacks and drinks. Sleeping is a blast for the kiddos in this house. Head over to the large grassy region that provides a perfect place for sunbathing or down the chic wooden staircase, and bask in the comfort and joy of your own private swimming platform! Secluded in the cove, the swimming platform provides the perfect opportunity for the kids to swim and play safely while the adults relax in the gazebo. Observing the sunset from this point of view promises a rare feeling of peace and tranquillity. If you're in the mood for some excitement on the lake, bring a boat or we can recommend a local boat rental company. Conveniently located on the dock are all the fun lake toys, including a kayak, a paddleboard, and an assortment of life jackets. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbours and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note that we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
