Three children’s rooms each with two sets of Twin bunk beds and private baths can also be found in this spectacular home. Great care has been taken to separate the common areas from the bedrooms to allow guests privacy when required, while the spacious areas are perfect for get-togethers. With expansive floor-to-ceiling windows and crisp white walls, the open-concept living and dining area is always bright and airy. Plenty of comfortable seating is available throughout Casa Tita, from the plush cushions of the living room sofas to the poolside lounge chairs out on the terrace. The spacious and lavish patio area is the highlight of this unique property. The large pool is accentuated with picturesque stones that are reminiscent of a modern sculpture.
