An experienced and attentive staff has been selectively gathered and trained; their effort and customs are built on tradition and ingenuity. • Rates are based on 18 guests, each additional guest will be charged $500 per night • Security deposit is equivalent to 1 nightly rate • In addition to the nightly rates the Guest is responsible for all food and beverage costs during their stay plus a food and beverage fee. F&B deposit is calculated in USD per person per day. • Upon request and with advance notice, additional service hours may be added past 11:00pm at an additional cost. The General Manager will determine the number of additional Staff required based on service requested. The Minimum Staff are 2 Butlers and 1 Cook. Maximum service hours is no later than 2:00am • Gratuity is not included. Gratuity is at the Guest discretion and always greatly appreciated by the Villa Staff

The house (Casa Tres Soles) was amazing. But the staff was beyond anything I have every seen or expected. Words can not explain how perfect the service was!
