Private terraced grounds comprising lawn areas, cypresses, shaded areas with maritime pine trees, flower beds and shrubs. Sun terraces with sea views. Private heatable, infinity pool (Roman steps), outdoor shower, sun loungers, and unique garden swings with the soothing sound of the waves. Al fresco dining area with stone grill. There are several lounge areas. 2 bicycles and 2 kayaks at guests' use. Direct access to the sea with a private beach and private mooring for boats up to 15 metres long.

Exceeded Expectations
The villa lived up to expectations. It was beautiful. What made it exceptional was the concierge, Milka, and her team. They felt like old friends when we left. We requested Croatian food, and Milka’s mother was a wonderful cook. Fresh pastries and chocolate croissants were delivered every morning. She arranged everything we asked for, recommended restaurants, delivered pizza. The place was spotless.
