Surrounded by a well-tended, lush garden with lawn, the recently renovated villa offers an amazing infinity pool and spacious, panoramic terraces, which are ideal for dining al fresco and which enjoy lovely views of the surrounding landscape. Consisting of the main house and an annex, the villa features a bright, cozy interior. The main house includes a living room with a fireplace and dining area, a kitchen, a further living room, five double bedrooms and five bathrooms. The close annex includes two further double bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, sharing a kitchenette. The villa also comes with air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, Hi-Fi system, dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent base for exploring the charming surrounding area, Salinella is only a short drive away from the close beach of Marausa Lido and the old town centres of Trapani and Marsala. Among the places well worth a visit are also the medieval village of Erice, the temples of Segesta and Selinunte, the Egadi islands and the Zingaro nature reserve with the popular beach of San Vito Lo Capo.
