By choosing Playääkun, you’re embracing a lifestyle that harmonizes with the earth without compromising on elegance or comfort. • The villa is built and functioning in a sustainable and ecological manner, as per rules and regulations of the UNESCO natural reserve. We will buy the Sian Ka’an park entrance tickets in advance, which are $5 USD per person per day and will add to your bill for the end of the stay. • Please note, due to Sian Ka’an being a protected reserve, it is not permitted to bring external ATVs, water sports equipment such as kiteboards, or audio equipment. It is also forbidden to fish, in order to protect the endangered sea life. Additionally, pets are not allowed. • It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition.

This fee is $12 USD per person per day and it’s paid at the entrance arch by cash • A 5% service charge on the food and service bill will be collected onsite at the end of the guest’s stay • The villa is ecological and sustainable. To control CO2 emissions we use the generator for the AC maximum 9 hours per day • No trash paper or any kind of trash is to be thrown into the toilets as the house uses an ecological drainage system. There will be a penalty of $5,000 USD if the drainage system is damaged during the guests stay • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
