The train trip Paris-Valognes takes about 3 hours. The closest airport is Maupertus - 10 km (6 miles) from Tocqueville and also 10 km from Cherbourg. Utah Beach and Sainte-Mère-Eglise are at 36 km (22 miles) away 5km from the nearest beach at Barfleur, nice small port.
