The villa dominates the harbour entrance and the ocean views toward the sunset. The villa has been renovated recently and its colonial-style has been protected with exotic wood floor, high ceilings, and four posted mahogany beds. All the shops, restaurants, and bars of Gustavia are accessible by walking from the villa. Traffic in Gustavia and the style of the villa with its openings with louvred wooden generate noise in the villa. Villa Vialenc could be rented with the flat next door Ostran and becoming together a five-bedroom property.

Paradise By The Port
The photos were a bit deceiving and it stated 3 bed bathrooms and only had 2 bathrooms, but overall it was a great location close to everything and right at the port so ferry to st maarten was literally across the street! No pool tho and not by beach
