This spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bath villa sits on an elevated ridge overlooking a sandy beachfront with amazing backyard snorkeling. Water entry requires fins or pool shoes as there are spots of rocky ironshore along the waterline. Overlooking the ocean, the villa's freshwater pool and tiled deck are elevated for enhanced privacy. Ample deck furniture, an outdoor shower, artificial grass terraces, plus an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill make for easy island living. The spacious open-concept great room links the living, dining, and kitchen areas with mesmerizing ocean views throughout. Quality furnishing and decor have been used throughout the property for an elegant and contemporary feel. The living area is furnished with a plush sectional sofa and high-definition Samsung Frame television with Cable programming & Sonos soundbar. Folding glass doors provide seamless indoor/outdoor living allowing you to fill the great room with unobstructed oceanfront views. Each master suite has a vaulted ceiling, king bed and large bathroom with ocean views! The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to prep and serve a homemade meal. The formal dining table seats 10 guests easily while the veranda dining table seats 6. The owners also provides a beachfront picnic table for seaside meals, with your toes in the sand. Beach Notes The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman. Willow Beach offers great reef-protected snorkeling while also having a sandy beachfront. The beaches in North Side usually have plenty of white sand, but can also have some spots of rocky “ironshore” with natural rock formations. With the abundant marine life we have in the water, you will want to wear pool shoes or fins for foot protection. The big draw to this area is the proximity to the Rum Point Club, a public beach club with a barefoot beach, watersport and jet ski rentals, beach service, a new restaurant and bar, plus a gift shop, and pick-up beach volleyball. Also nearby is the Kaibo, a popular beachfront dining destination with 2 restaurants, a coffee shop, and a marina. Lastly, we have two large resorts in the east end, Morritt's and The Reef. Both offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants and beach bars. Across the street is a strip mall with a supermarket, wine & spirits shop, and dining at The Italian Kitchen. General Grand Cayman Beach Notes All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark. The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency during the summer. The owners make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.
