The central location means restaurants; shopping, and bars are all within walking distance. Each bedroom features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning, and a ceiling fan. The condo and the residence are completely non-smoking. It is forbidden to smoke at all times and in all areas – whether exterior or interior – of the residence and condo.
