It was built in 2014 and was renovated in 2018. The interior design is completely open-plan and bright with cozy living and dining room areas and two fully equipped kitchens. Designed with outdoor living in mind, the property boasts several furnished verandas, an infinity pool that blends wonderfully with the bright blue sky and sea, a gas barbecue, and shaded pergolas for relaxed summer days and nights. The villa’s minimal interior design fulfills guests' need for relaxation. The bright living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and the dining area have direct access to the exterior lounge areas and pool. A second cozy living room and another open-plan kitchen are located in the guest house, on the lower ground floor.
