Property Description
Frankfort has once again reaffirmed its position as one of the most desirable properties in Jamaica with the addition of a beautiful new swimming pool. Completed in 2019, the pool complements what is arguably the best private beach in Jamaica. The secluded white sand beach is an attraction that has been enjoyed by some of the greatest luminaries of the 20th century including Sir Winston Churchill, Dr. Henry Kissinger, Mr. Pierre Trudeau as well as royalty and other prime ministers. This winter home of the plantation owner has also become a home away from home for some of the more prominent stars of modern popular culture. The old sugar wharf house of the 18th Century still retains it's original beamed ceilings and fortified stone walls but now has been renovated into a spacious and airy dining room and living room. Included in the Frankfort rental, is another charming house situated right on the beach. This old School House is self-contained with its own three bedrooms, bathrooms and living room. A romantic hideaway where guests can sleep with the soothing sound of the Caribbean sea lapping against Jamaica's most exclusive beach. The School House has also been completely renovated with new furnishings, a bathroom and the addition of an exercise area with a new high-end treadmill. The School House also has wireless ADSL. Frankfort’s two acres include a 6,000-square-foot soft lawn and the remarkable 7,500-square-foot private beach. The private beach at Frankfort has to be the finest white sand beach in Jamaica. In addition, the villa has recently added an eight person hot tub close to the beach.

Additional Rate information:
• Please note there is a 10% service charge for pre-stocking food and beverages. • Spectacular wedding beach location. The villa requires a 4-night full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the villa guests. In addition there is a security deposit. • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.

Awesome!!
This is a gorgeous property!! Has everything you could ever ask for. The staff is the best and made our stay so memorable. None of us wanted to leave-especially our grandchildren.
