You won't be able to raise or lower the bed yourself during your stay. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing. Please contact a Villa Specialist for exact pricing details. • Please be aware that during festivals like Coachella, although the Villas are within walking distance of the polo grounds, road closures and specific access points can extend the walking distance to the festival entrance to approximately 1.4 miles. While some guests choose to walk and walking is possible, we strongly recommend purchasing golf cart services for easier access. • Pets may be permitted upon request, at an additional fee. Please note that the backyard gates are wide enough for a small dog to get through, so we recommend supervising pets when outdoors. • Pool heat is available at this home at an extra cost and needs to be requested at least 48 hours before your stay (maximum temperature of 86). Spa Heat is complimentary for guests. • Pool heat is not available between May 1st and October 1st. • 2 twin rollaway beds with pillows and bedding can be provided upon request and are included as part of your nightly rate. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels.
