This fee is $12 USD per person per day and it’s paid at the entrance arch by cash • There is a $80 USD in low and mid season, $100 USD in high season and $120 USD in peak season fee applicable per person per night for extra guests *plus taxes • Please note that guests 11 and 12 accommodation will be a glamping tent on the beach which can be set up as a King or twin • This is an eco-conscious villa, and it is requested that A/C only be used 12 hours in a 24-hour cycle • It is also important to note that roads in Sian Ka’an are unpaved and therefore distances and times may vary depending on the season and road quality/condition • Strictly quiet hours in the community after 10pm (no loud music allowed) • Please be aware that, due to warming weather and fluctuating ocean currents, the Riviera Maya may experience the presence of naturally occurring seaweed during the hotter months of the year
