Villa Florence is a three-bedroom villa located in Marigot within minutes of Marigot Beach. Surround by nature, this property offers beautiful distant views of the sea and hillside. The main level has a spacious great room with a furnished living area, which opens to a covered terrace with a seating area. The well-equipped granite kitchen is part of the great room and dining area with a view just beyond the glass sliding doors. The two bedrooms on the main level feature red-cedar ceilings, cabinets and custom furniture made from exotic wood. The air-conditioned bedrooms each have a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with antique marble shower and floor, screens, a dressing area, and distant views of the ocean and hillside. A wooden deck surrounds the pool. The house also has a large area for parking, WiFi, and French satellite TV. Villa Florence comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 10 and older.
