On the east side of the home, a queen guest bedroom can be found with a full bath. The Southeast side features the master bedroom with a king bed and a wonderful master bathroom. The second level features three bedrooms and a family room overlooking the elevated pool deck. It includes a second primary bedroom with a King-size bed, a primary bathroom, and ocean views. • You must be 25 years or older to book this home. • Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. • The pool cannot be heated. • Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. • Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Fireplaces are not for guest use. • Parking for 4 cars. • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. • Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
