There are three bedrooms, each with a fully renovated bath and updated cabinets and tiling. The primary bedroom offers a king bed with direct access to the open deck with ocean views and features a large walk-in shower as well as a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom on the second floor features a king bed. The first-level bedroom is unique in that it is large enough to accommodate two queen beds. Finally, Seabreeze Sanctuary offers a covered carport plus a private outdoor shower and changing room. Beach Club Villa at Wild Dunes is a fantastic community and one of the best-maintained at Wild Dunes. It is the only oceanfront community along the Charleston coast that offers three-bedroom townhomes with direct ocean views. Finally, as a guest at Wild Dunes, your family will be able to enjoy precision golf at the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course, the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course, the Sand and Sea Spa, bicycle rentals and several restaurants located on site within the community. Best of all Seabreeze Sanctuary is only 14 miles from Historic Charleston.

• You must be 25 years or older to book this home. • Please note that Early Check-In and Late Check-Out services are not available from May to September. • Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. • The pool is open May-September, and is closed in the off season. • Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Fireplaces are not for guest use. • Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes. • Guests have access to the Beach Club Villas pools and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately. • 2 parking passes included, one space is assigned to the unit, all other spaces are first come first serve. • To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed before arrival. • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. • Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
