A lovely indoor fire table warmly greets guests as they enter this opulent four-story home, while a breathtaking wall of windows provides exceptional views. Settle in for quiet moments around the fireplace or snuggle up on the oversized sectional in front of the 62” TV. Beyond the living area lies a traditional 10-person dining table for sit-down meals and a smaller six-person table nearby. A wet bar flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen, where an expansive island is centered around high-end appliances—including two Sub-Zero refrigerators. Fire up the gas-line BBQ on the balcony for an unforgettable meal, then lounge around the firepit with cocktails. A billiards room and an in-home gym are located near the garage. Choose from four exquisite guest bedrooms on this level, each appointed with luxurious king beds, private bathrooms, and TVs—two rooms enjoy outdoor access. Beautiful Jordanelle views abound from the primary bedroom’s balcony, boasting a king bed, fireplace, and soaking tub in the private bathroom. A designated workspace and living area complete the third floor. A fourth-floor bunk room has three full beds, three twin-over-twin beds, a private bathroom, and an Xbox 360 for entertainment. Discover arcade machines alongside a ping-pong and foosball table in the first-floor game room. Store equipment in the ski prep area with boot warmers and refresh gear in the laundry room. Sky Ridge Retreat offers parking for three vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway. For ski-in/ski-out access, take Summit Trail, which connects to Jordanelle Gondola. To get home from the top, take the Connector Trail to Summit Trail, and Sky Ridge Retreat is on the left. We strongly recommend 4WD/AWD and snow tires for any personal/rental vehicles used in the area.
