From sunrise to sunset and beyond, this modern Caribbean property’s palm-shaded outdoor spaces are perfect for enjoying Provo’s warm weather and tropical seas. The focal point of the tiered terraces is the sparkling infinity pool, whose turquoise waters appear to merge with those of the canal, but for sea lovers, it is the private dock that is the star feature: rental jet skis will be delivered to you by sea allowing you to explore the waterways and beaches at your own pace, or book a boat charter and be picked up and dropped off right here. There’s no need to move indoors to cook as there is an outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and meals can be enjoyed undercover at the water’s edge. In the hottest hours of the day, the screened lanai between the main house and deck offers a welcome retreat from the sun. As evening comes around, choose a different spot to enjoy the sunset each day: soaking in the hot tub, dangling your feet over the edge of the dock, or gathering around the fire pit. Soaring ceilings, spacious, open-concept living areas and a muted colour palette lend the interiors a peaceful, comfortable ambience. A huge kitchen island makes cooking a social event and the inviting sectional sofa is just the spot to relax with a good book or watch a movie. In the main house, the four bedrooms, painted in pastel shades and positioned at each corner for maximum privacy, each has a private bathroom. In the principal suite, a four-poster king-size bed faces the pool, and the bathroom includes a freestanding soaker tub and both indoor and outdoor showers. The second guest suite also offers pool and canal views, while the third and fourth enjoy garden views. A separate guest house, convenient for couples with small children or those travelling with a nanny, is decorated in the same style as the main house and includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living room, an exterior dining area, and two bedrooms that share one bathroom.
