• Personal service by the villa staff including a Villa Manager, Chef (8am to 4 pm for breakfast and lunch), Bartender (8am-4pm), Housekeeping (9am - 3pm), Security (24/7), Maintenance
• Chef service is family style where guest choose a menu to be served to everyone. If any guests have allergies or food restrictions, the Chefs require a minimum of 48 hours notice in advance to make adjustments
• 1 x round trip transfer is included per booking (for rentals of 4+ nights) *Round trip Cancun Airport or One way Tulum Airport

Excellent home beautifully maintained and appeared as shown in pictures. Staff was professional, kind and accessible. Perfect location. Jeremy Allain was amazing. I admit my group was a challenging bunch but he exceeded our expectations. He deserves all the credit.
