It is regularly fumigated, however insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season

Mountaintop Retreat
The juice was worth the squeeze at Punta del Cielo with the final ride up the hillside funicular an exciting part of the experience. The staff worked with us to accommodate our preferences and created a comfortable environment for us to enjoy our down time in Puerto Vallarta. The indoor-outdoor arrangement of the living and dining areas is a real treat for pool time and sunsets. The semi-outdoor showers were also a nice perk for enjoying nature at all times.
