Eight Rivers is a delightful, architect-designed home that has been totally updated and renovated in the past few years. The villa is a spacious four-bedroom with 1-1/2 acres of manicured gardens on the Prospect Estate overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea. This 5000 sq. ft. property offers the choice of both an indoor dining and an outdoor dining room, a large outdoor terrace, and a sunken living room. The spacious living room is equipped with satellite TV, VCR, telephone, and stereo system. In the lush tropical gardens, there is a magnificent swimming pool and a gazebo for evening drinks. A sea-level deck is set in the rocks for sea viewing. Swimming is not recommended at Eight Rivers due to currents and rocks. The famous Bamboo Beach Club is located just one quarter mile away from sandy beach swimming.

Additional Rate information:
• Please note there is a 10% service charge for pre-stocking food and beverages. • The villa requires a 4-night full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the villa guests. In addition there is a security deposit. • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.
