Villa Coralita is situated right in the exclusive French Oyster Pond. This waterfront villa offers maximum privacy, and classic comfort with a superb view of the sailing yachts and the island of St. Barths in the distance. Villa Coralita is a blend of contemporary Creole and timeless Mediterranean style, built on several levels with four independent bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. The entrance opens to the elegant living and dining areas, flanked by an open-plan kitchen and enhanced by lofty ceilings. Sliding doors open out to the half-open sun deck perched above the 40-foot swimming pool and lower sundeck. Via the pool area, you can reach the private boat dock. On one side of this villa is the primary suite, adorned with a romantic bed, an enclosed bedroom for a baby, an en suite bathroom, and a private balcony. The other side offers three independent bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, each with a private balcony. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. For your indoor entertainment are satellite televisions, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a high-speed wireless internet connection. Extras include a daily maid except on Sunday and a safe for valuables. Villa Coralita is an ideal bayside villa where you can escape from the busy pace of city life and enjoy the quietness, sipping an afternoon tropical cocktail on your own dock.

Great View

Property needs a little work, but overall a great place to stay. The view is amazing, the entire upper living are opens to the deck with full length glass doors creating a space you never want to leave. The pool is huge and deep, and the surrounding deck has multiple, very comfortable sitting areas in sun or shade any time of the day. A large, new boat dock right on Oyster Pond. Paul the property manager is very attentive to every need or issue and Norma the housekeeper does a great job keeping the place clean. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this villa and it will not be the last.

Fantastic Stay At Villa Coralita!!!

My family and I had a great time in St. Martin and enjoyed staying at Villa Coralita. The location is fantastic, close to the best beaches (Le Gallion is great for kids and adults too) and the view is amazing right on the water: you can't beat having breakfast or drinks on the upper deck with a view of the pond. The common spaces in the main house are great, plenty of space for all. the 4 rooms are actually 4 separate, individual house, each with their own key. Not ideal if travelling with kids, yet perfectly private for a bunch of couples. We would definitely rent Villa Coralita again and recommend it to friends.
