Property Description

Endless Summer is a turreted mansion with views of the Caribbean Sea. From the porte-cochere, bevelled glass doors open to a dramatic 80-foot columned space. A sweeping white stone staircase curves gracefully from the foyer to a balustrade gallery encircling and overlooking the sunken living room topped high above by the dome of this home's highest turret. From the gallery, as from all main villa bedrooms, a wall of glass doors opens to the deep wrap-around porch and panoramic vistas over the golf course and the turquoise waters outlining the horizon. Interiors are designed against a clean backdrop of mushroom-coloured walls crisply trimmed in white. Mediterranean-style floors, smooth as marble underfoot, were custom-made on-site, creating an overall palate of soft minimalist colours. On fine Lenox china, dinners are served in the downstairs dining alcove, north veranda or on the upstairs balcony as the sun sets over the sea. Strategically-placed Bose speakers create surround sound in the villa, verandas, balconies and pool area. Colourful Montego Bay and the "hip strip" are just 15-minutes away. Half Moon - with a private beach, tennis, fitness center, water sports, food and beverage, and dolphin lagoon - is just five minutes downhill from the villa. It would be an oversight not to mention that this spacious home is ideal for weddings, from a marriage ceremony on the upper balcony (with adequate space for many guests) to a grand reception on the wide veranda and pool terrace, to the dramatic tossing of the bridal bouquet from the upper gallery.

• No outside guests, vendors, or events are allowed at Endless Summer without approval from the homeowner. • Wedding - $30 surcharge per person. Maximum guests: 75 • Alainas Retreat will only accommodate adult guests (ages 18 years and older) • Surcharge applies to outside guests who attend a rehearsal dinner, the wedding reception, brunch, or any other hospitality event at the wedding villa. All vendors must be chosen from the homeowner's approved list. • Rooms are for priced for double occupancy only. Extra guests may be approved by the homeowner and an extra guest fee may be applied. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing. The price listed above is only a starting rate and does not necessarily reflect the price for your travel dates. Please contact a reservations agent for exact pricing details. • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay. Please note that while we strive to maintain all amenities in perfect working condition, Jacuzzis and hot tubs cannot be guaranteed. These units contain complex parts that may occasionally break down and can be challenging to replace promptly. We appreciate your understanding.

A Stay In Paradise

Endless Summer is a beautiful property with a wonderful staff. It is well maintained and has flexible spaces for a large group or multiple families. The butler, David, is a marvelous host and the chef, Otis, is very talented. Only recommendations for the property is to upgrade the workout equipment and maintain the hot tub. We had issues with both during both our stays there. We will keep coming back.

Awesome!

We had a tremendous vacation in Montego Bay, Jamaica at one of your properties! Endless Summer was beautiful and the staff was tremendous. The food was top notch! The pool was magnificent, and the weather sensational all seven days we were there! The only thing that has to be fixed is the workout center is terrible. Fix that and make it great and you literally don’t have to leave the property at all during the vacation.

Spectacular

Endless Summer "Jamaica" was a spectacular get-away (4 nights\5 Days) trip for us (5 couples). The true elegance and wonder comes with the professionalism, friendly and delightful house staff. Chef Shameka, everything she cooked was Scrumptious, David the Manager/Butler kept everything smooth running and on point, Patricia, Yovvon & Sharika, Laundry/Housekeeping, kept the rooms and common areas clean & Refreshed, and last but not least Roy the Gardener/Pool guy kept the pool & Hot tub clean. ALL very helpful and kind at all times, very hard workers. We also had a Driver from Ken's Taxi & Tours, Tio, coolest safest driver ever and took us every where we wanted to go. Kudos to them ALL. The premises and scenic views are what truly define what is spectacular about the property. Everything " Yea Mon" with the property was outstanding! What we did take away from this wonderful trip was a great time and relaxation in addition to knowing; Next time we do such a Caribbean trip; we will have to do a better job with preparation, planning and logistics (Proper amount for food and groceries) within our own group and set realistic Per Diem rates per couple that we were responsible for providing, which has nothing to do with the staff and property; facts Yea Mon! Respect! It is contagious...LOL ...Have a great time!!!

We Loved Staying At Endless Summer

We were 10 family members and we had an awesome time at this beautiful villa. David our butler took wonderful care of us. Shemika the chef wowed us over and over - she is an amazing cook. We hired Marvin as a driver for the week and he drove us where ever we wanted. It was also a great covid vacation as we were the only ones at the villa.

PRICELESS

WE TOOK OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDKIDS THERE FOR THEIR CHRISTMAS GIFTS. OUR DAUGHTER FROM FLORIDA GOT THERE BEFORE WE DID AND SHE SENT ME A TEXT AND SAID WHEN SHE WALKED IN SHE STARTED TO CRY IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL AND JUST LIKE THE PICTURES WE LOOKED AT. WHEN THE REST OF US GOT THERE WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE HOUSE AND THE VIEW. THE STAFF WAS SUPER AND HELPED IN ANY WAY THAT WE NEEDED. VERY POLITE ALSO.WE HAD THE BEST DRIVER A PERSON COULD EVER ASK FOR . HE REALLY CARED ABOUT OUR SAFTY AND WAS RIGHT THERE FOR US. WISH WE COULD OF MET HIS FAMILY. ONE THING THAT I THINK WOULD BE NICE IS IF A COUPE MORE OF THE BED ROOMS HAD A KING SIZE BED IN THEM. HAVE TWO SON IN LAWS ONE AT 6-11 AND THE OTHER 6-8 AND THOSE BEDS WERE PRETTY SMALL FOR THEM. HOPE SOME DAY WE ARE ABLE TO GO BACK. EVERYONE LOVED IT.
