You can spend hours dining al fresco at the large outdoor table as the sun sets behind the hills and colors the sky. Or, head inside to find even more fun, including a movie room that will have you feeling like you've just stepped into the theater! Every aspect of this home is designed to help your group experience Temecula in comfort and style. A large kitchen and additional prep spaces make it easy to keep everyone fed, while plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms provide privacy and space to make yourself at home. Open the front and back doors to let fresh air flow through the house as you enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in the indoor/outdoor sitting room. Hot air-ballooning is a stunning way to see the rolling hills of Southern California wine country from every angle and is one of Temecula's most sought-after attractions. Additional Rate information:

• We do not allow bookings that are less than 24 hours from check-in. • Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine • Pool/Spa heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 48 hours in advance before the day of check-in. • Pool with spa heat is just $350 per day, plus tax. • The built-in SPA heat alone is $100 per day plus tax. • There is an above-ground spa that can be heated with no fee. • Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (May - September). • For safety, a fence has been installed around the pool. • The pool and spa can only be run one at a time, not concurrently. In other words, the system can either be in "Pool Mode" or it can be in "Spa Mode." It cannot be in both modes at the same time. • Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home. • All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). • Riverside county has a strict "no burn" civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. • The fire bowls are not available for guest use. • The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. • Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa before guest arrival. • The pool is now fenced. • Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. • You must be at least 25 years old to book this property. • This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee. • Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems. • The rates for this property are dynamic and are constantly changing.
