The rear deck access is available through the sliding glass doors in two bedrooms, both with King-sized beds. View magnificent sunrises or relax and sit on the deck furniture on either the upper or lower oceanfront decks with your favourite beverage to watch the sun rising over the horizon. There is a sidewalk from the back of the house to the Boardwalk. Unlike many beach homes, this home has a nice grassy backyard. Take romantic strolls on the moonlit beach. Enjoy cycling or long walks, Explore the historic city of Fernandina, or just hang out on the beach. There is a gravel parking area in front for up to five vehicles.
