This luxurious five-bedroom beachfront estate sits on over 100 feet of sandy beach and iron shore with fabulous snorkeling and breathtaking sunrise views of tranquil Frank Sound. With over 5,500 sq. ft. of living space, this stately oceanfront villa features a private vanishing-edge swimming pool, outdoor fire pit, spacious interiors, and a propane grill. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with modern stainless appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating. The formal dining area provides seating for 14. Cookware, flatware, glassware, and cutlery are all provided. In addition to seating four at the kitchen table, there is also an oceanfront breakfast nook that seats eight. The main five-bedroom villa may be rented alone for up to 14 guests, or 10 adults max. For an additional charge, you can upgrade to add the optional 1-bedroom guest house at any time to sleep a total of 18 guests, 12 adults max. The guest house is never rented out separately during your stay. Beach Notes The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman. The villas in the Cottage District on the southeast coast offer great reef-protected snorkeling with calm waters plus proximity to the island's best dive operators--Ocean Frontiers and Tortuga Divers. The beaches here tend to be a mix of ironshore and sand, so foot protection—fins or pool shoes—is recommended. General Grand Cayman Beach Notes All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically “public” since the Crown owns up to the high watermark. The shoreline quality behind your property may vary seasonally. Be advised that the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use. Ocean Debris and Sargassum Seaweed Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that is largely seasonal in the summer. The owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. We try our best to work around mother nature.
