The grand room, the center of the home, boasts 25-foot ceilings and endless ocean views. Its indoor waterfall only adds to the already relaxing atmosphere. Designed for Hawaii's signature indoor outdoor lifestyle, the grand room's doors pocket back entirely and open the home to the outdoor lounge and oceanside yard. The infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi disappear into the horizon and pull the ocean even closer to you. Beneath the oceanside yard is a hidden sand terrace with two chaise lounges. It is like your own private cove perched above Oahu's most stunning seascape. Departure Cleaning Fee $2000 + GET Tax 4.71% and TAT Tax 10.25% Weekly Mid-stay clean $500 + GET Tax 4.71% • Utility Fee : $5,000 per month -Applicable on rentals 21+ days • Additional cleaning fee, $2000 for 14+ guests • Optional daily cleaning, $350 per visit • Rates are based on 12 guests, each additional guest will be charged. All additional overnight guests must be preapproved by the home owner. • The pool can be heated for an additional $200 per day payable in advance, or it will be deducted from the security deposit upon departure. • Use of the garage is not included in the rental price. Pricing for the garage is $75 per garage per night. • Keep the spa and Jacuzzi off when not in use. • Swimming is prohibited in the water features. Swimming is only permitted in the pool and Jacuzzi. • All exterior water features, pool and landscaping lights must be turned off no later than 11 PM. • The indoor fireplace, outdoor firepit and Tiki torches are for decoration only. • No smoking. • Pets must be approved by the homeowner in writing. • Parties and events must be approved by the homeowner in writing. Additional fees and deposits may be required. • Windows and doors need to remain closed when the air conditioner and fans are running. Guests may be charged for excessive utility usage.
