Located on a private 300-foot stretch of shimmering white sand on Negril's world-famous Seven Mile Beach, Surrounded by fragrant tropical gardens and affording breathtaking views of the ocean, each villa sits just steps from the beach, beckoning guests to curl up in a hammock, sunbathe, snorkel or sail in the Caribbean' warm turquoise waters. Cottonwood sits on the east side of the property. The view from the villa is of the beach and sea. Spend your days watching the world go by from the privacy of your own veranda. The villa is decorated in a contemporary theme with concrete floors, floating shelves, and walls of windows looking out to the ocean. The main living room/dining room/bar opens directly onto a covered terrace with hanging chairs that lead to both the covered gazebo, perfect for sunset dinners and the private pool with long chairs, just 40 paces from the white sandy beach that Negril is so well known for. This is the epitome of cool and casual. Up four steps from the living room, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the upper level there are two more bedrooms and the master suite.
