Villa Kin Ich boasts 7 large bedrooms with the capacity to sleep 20 guests. Three primary rooms overlook the ocean, and the additional bedrooms feature a garden view. Walking up to the next level, you will feel at the top of the world on this magnificent rooftop, once again mesmerized by the incredible turquoise of the Caribbean. Relax and unwind with some sundowner cocktails taking in the sweet ocean breeze and setting sun. Boasting the best location that Playa del Carmen has to offer, Villa Kin Ich is the only villa that is not only beachfront but has the closest proximity to Playa’s famous 5th Avenue, a pedestrian street filled with an abundance of restaurants, boutiques, international cafes, trendy bars and nightlife.

We Found Paradise!!!!

There are no words to describe the experience we had using Rental Escapes but more specifically as the owner of my own business I know I am not an island so all the accolades I receive is because of my team. For me, this experience means one thing.......Marina Paradisis!!!! From the moment we had our first call over a year ago she understood I wanted to spoil my 5 best friends (since we were 14 years old) to celebrate all of our 60th birthdays. Villa Kin Ich was the perfect choice as we only had 5 days animist other locations had a 1 week minimum stay. No matter how many times she responded with "Don't worry, I have it covered" or "Annette I'll make it happen for you" as a type A personality of course I was not used to not being in control. I relinquished the reins and we had only ONE live call so Marina could hear my vision of how the 5 days would flow with how many meals outside the villa, a day on a chartered boat with sea doos, massages, hair dressers, meal plans (1 friend with severe food allergies, 1 friend who only eats kosher meat), alcohol etc. EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY SHEER PERFECTION!!!!!! We actually were teary eyed leaving especially hugging all the staff. Marina booked everything through a top concierge service in Playa del Carmen called Maya Luxe and they were all outstanding. The villa was 7 bedrooms but 2 rooms had AC issues and we were immediately offered a credit against out grocery bill to settle at the end. I didn't have to ask, it was offered. When our chartered boat had a mechanical issue in the morning, Marina spoke with the owner of the company and a much larger boat was offered instead. The accolades are limitless but truly it is Marina Paradisis who deserves all the credit for making this crazy and extravagant trip one to remember forever!!!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!
