Sea Grapes is a charming and well-appointed three-bedroom beach villa with separate 3three-bedroom cottage. The villa is located on a private white sand beach on exclusive Fortlands Road in Discovery Bay. The two-story entry leads into a living room with a vaulted ceiling and second-floor gallery, and an indoor dining area. These rooms open onto a large, covered veranda (30 x 15) with a dining area. This exceptional outdoor area overlooks the bay and coastal mountains and affords views of the sunsets. Beyond the covered veranda are the beautiful gardens, large lush green lawns, fresh water pool, private white sand beach, gazebo, and a sunning terrace. A romantic seaside gazebo is perfect for sunset cocktails or reading a good book during the day. The villa comes with 3 sea kayaks and has a lighted tennis court for more active outdoor activities. The villa is fully staffed with cook, butler/gardener and housekeeper. Located near the entrance of Fortlands Road (a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive from your villa), is the newest water park & beach club to the North Coast. For various fees, guests may enjoy the large aqua park, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaks & paddle boards. The club hosts a full service bar and restaurant as well as private beach cabanas or sun loungers for rent.

• Highly recommended wedding villa. The villa requires a one week full house booking for all events (weddings and parties) and a 15% service charge. All weddings must be catered unless it is just the villa guests and a security deposit is required. • Staff gratuity - 10% (high season) to 15% (low season) of villa rental rate is to be paid to the head of house in Jamaican or US Dollars at the end of the stay.

Jamaica, No Problem
The property manager and staff were very welcoming and went above and beyond for us. The staff was truly the best family extension of this trip. They cooked everything we wanted to try and more. They surprised us every day with additional services and treated us with the upmost respect. They also took our safety very serious for excursions and took us to beautiful places that were safe and so much fun.

My husband and I hosted a 5-day destination wedding trip at two villas in Discovery Bay, along with 29 of our closest family and friends. The villas were both incredible, and the staff worked seamlessly between the two to serve meals at the same time and make sure that everyone was accomodated. The Fortlands Point villa was such a beautiful wedding venue- the staff jumped in to make us a wonderful meal and a cake, and they offered one of the staff to be our bartender for the night! Sean and Patrick at Fortlands Point were the best staff- they gave us pointers on where to take our group for excursions and they did beer runs for us all week when they thought that we would need more. The food all week was so amazing- I can't say enough- every single thing that we ate was delicious. We only had a preset menu for 2 dinners... Everything else we had the chefs make whatever they could get fresh from the market and thought everyone would enjoy. I highly recommend Fortlands Point and Seagrapes villas to all size parties.
