Best yet, every bedroom has direct access to one of several decks featured in the front and back of the home so that everyone can enjoy the fresh sea wind or the sound of crashing waves. Even the private swimming pool is special, featuring a sun ledge within the pool and three unique water features. The sun ledge allows you to set up your beach chair right in the pool! A perfect vacation can be found once your ship comes in at 5 at Coral Reef Residence. When you enter Coral Reef Residence, you know that you have arrived at a very special destination. To welcome you, a large compass can be found on the gorgeous heart of pine floors, pointing you in the direction of the beach. With its inverted floor plan, four bedrooms are located on the first level of the house. To the North, you will find two bedrooms. The first features two twin beds, a private bath with a tub, and direct access to the front deck. A second primary bedroom is located on the North side of the house, highlighted with a king bed, a huge bath with an awesome shower, and direct access to the back deck. To the South, two additional bedrooms can be found. Another primary bedroom with a king bed, large private bath, and direct access to the back deck is located on the South side. Finally, a queen bedroom is on the South side that features a private bath with a tub and direct access to the front deck. A bonus feature on the first floor is a sitting area, perfect for the kids to catch the latest movie. The upper level of Coral Reef Residence features the warm and inviting living areas. Your family will enjoy the wonderful leather sofas, comfortable seating, and large dining room table with seating for eight. The kitchen is a gourmet chef’s dream, highlighted with a Wolf stove, featuring six burners, and a pot filler. High-end stainless steel appliances, a huge sink, and a large work island complete this amazing kitchen. The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and features a king bed with direct access to a screen porch. The primary bathroom is as large as many bedrooms, with a wonderful whirlpool tub and a huge tiled shower. Beach access is a breeze with a beach path located at the end of the block on Coral Reef Residence. From the pool deck to the beach is a five-minute walk! Best yet, from Coral Reef Residence to Historic Charleston is a short 12-mile drive! Just off the coast of Historic Charleston, Isle of Palms offers a stunning six-mile stretch of white, sandy beaches. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. Isle of Palms is also the perfect place to decompress, with renowned spas, charming restaurants, and sweeping golf courses. All this and more await you in the jewel of South Carolina's Lowcountry.

• You must be 25 years or older to book this home. • Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September. • The pool cannot be heated. • Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels. • Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet. • Fireplaces are not for guest use. • Driveway accommodates 4 cars. • This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. • Quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. • Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
