On the lower patio, you'll find an al fresco dining area looking over the sand, sun loungers for getting the perfect tan, and a luxe BBQ grill. There's a retractable awning on this level, so you can decide between soaking up rays or relaxing in the shade. On the upper balcony, accessible through both the living room and primary bedroom, discover more seating and a cafe-style table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Inside, ocean-facing windows bring in stunning views and plenty of natural light. The common area boasts an open layout, making it easy for your group to connect, and offers a comfortable living room with a fireplace and television, and a fully equipped kitchen with barstool seating and a gas range. A spacious dining table sits behind the couch and seats eight, making it the perfect place for family meals or group game nights. The beautiful primary bedroom has private access to the balcony and offers a king bed, fireplace, TV, and an ensuite bathroom boasting his-and-hers sinks, dedicated vanity space, a separate shower, and a large soaking tub. Two more king bedrooms, one with another attached ensuite bathroom, and a queen bedroom provide even more space. A fifth bedroom with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-size trundle is perfect for children or groups of friends. Outside, Balboa Beach is at your doorstep. Take the path directly to the shore, and be sure to bring along the provided beach gear to make seaside adventures a breeze. The Balboa Pier is nearby, as well as Newport Beach and Lido Marina Village, where you can explore unique boutiques and restaurants. For family-friendly entertainment, the Balboa Fun Zone is minutes away, with ocean views, rides, and carnival attractions. This coastal city has the largest recreational harbor on the West Coast and is known for its amazing beaches, parks, restaurants, and outdoor shopping centers. Living is easy here, and we invite you to ride bikes along the boardwalk and watch pros surf some of the biggest swells in Southern California at The Wedge.
