The estate abounds with four modern bedrooms, four luxury bathrooms, an outdoor heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a lovely dining area. It can accommodate eight adults and two children up to 12 years old on additional beds. The ground floor offers you a bright and spacious living room that is both comfortable and practical at the same time, with a large TV so you can relax completely and enjoy your favourite series or the lovely pool view. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the dining area is perfectly blended with the rest of the space and designed ideally for enjoying your delicious meals. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. The ground floor is an open-concept design, so it takes you directly to the refreshing pool. Except for the heated pool, there is also an outdoor shower with luxurious sunbeds that allow you to enjoy the hot Dalmatian sun. The swimming pool is 55 square meters big (18x3 m), and the swimming part is 1,55 meters deep. There is also a children's part of the pool. Internal and external stairs lead to the first floor. This floor consists of four modern bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king-size beds with en suite bathrooms with showers, a wardrobe, and a TV. The fourth room has a queen-size bed with an en suite bathroom, dressing room, and TV. All rooms are very bright and practical. On guests' request, by adding three extra beds, this luxurious villa can accommodate three additional children. A lovely feature of the villa is the large terrace with a mesmerizing view of the city of Trogir on top of the estate. This beautiful terrace has a comfy seating area, ideal for enjoying the mesmerizing view of the beautiful town of Trogir. The villa is fully equipped, air-conditioned, and offers free Wi-Fi connection.
