GENERAL SAFETY AND CHILDREN: This is a private villa without a lifeguard (staff are not CPR certified) on duty, the staff are not responsible for watching over any children or adults. Guests must use caution on the property around the pool and jacuzzi areas, on balconies, terraces and rooftops, especially when consuming alcohol. Guests should not leave children unattended, a responsible adult must accompany children at all times, especially near the pool, jacuzzi or the beach. Guests agree to respect safety rules for pools: no running, diving or pushing and no glass or breakable items near the pool. Guests agree to use caution and not lean or hang over railings on balconies, terraces and rooftops. Mexican law does not require a fence or safety net around pools.
